Gallery and Frame Store Policies

Frame By Frame Guarantee: Every effort is made to accurately represent each item through a detailed description and photo. If you have any questions about a product, please call the shop (303) 577-8872 prior to ordering.

Free Shipping: We ship Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service on most small items. Larger and/or heavier boxes will be sent by UPS. We will email you when we send your shipment and we will also tell you which carrier has been selected.

Artwork Damaged in Transit: If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us (303) 577-8872 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing material.

Substitutions: No substitutions will be made on any order. If an item on your order is out-of-stock, you will be notified and that amount will be refunded. All sales are final on original carvings, hand blown glass and other artwork, No Refunds are given.

Layaways: The gallery offers a 2 month layaway program on any single item over $50.00.
